With an unwavering focus and commitment to customer satisfaction and quality and to provide quality products and solutions to customers in diverse industries and geographies, Vinay founded Elatech Intralogistics Solutions Private Limited, in early 2021.
Vinay has over two decades of experience in business management and strategy. He has handled multiple roles, including managing PandL, sales, operations, global marketing, distribution, business development, talent management and technical support. Some of the multinational companies that has shaped his career include Godrej and Boyce, Kodak and ManpowerGroup. Prior to founding Elatech, Vinay held the post of Vice President – Operations at Strand Life Sciences and was responsible for managing operations, driving business volumes and profitability.
Vinay has a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business and Mechanical Engineering degree from the Government Engineering College, Thrissur (University of Calicut) Kerala, India
